Tactiquest playtest 1.5.2

This update doesn't really have any exciting additions, only balance changes, largely in preparation for more rigorous testing for high levels and spellcasters.

At the moment casters feel roughly well balanced against martials in normal play. It's common for one spell to change the whole dynamic of a fight, and casters can feel extremely potent when casting their stronger spells; however, limited mana and low stats end up being a real and difficult problem that makes martials' costless abilities feel genuinely valuable in a way they often don't in systems where casters have more spells per day.

While I'm happy with them in normal play, casters are still going to require a lot more testing. In highly-optimized play, a caster is only as bad as the best spell they can access. In casual play, poor spell selection can still make a caster end up more of a lodestone than a useful party member. Since even a few outlier spells can cause problems, a lot of time and effort will probably be spent really nailing those down and trying to bring every single spell in line with the rest.

The other issue that needs to be solved at some point is that a party of just casters can stunlock encounters if built to do so. This isn't a huge problem as it's unlikely to come up at most tables and that strategy eats up a party's power budget, but it is a thing you can do and I do want the game to still function in highly-optimized play. Nerfing the components of this strategy is difficult without making them useless for casual play, but it is possible and I've been chipping away at solving it.

The main focus of this update is shoring up casters' weakest options so it's harder to make a bad caster; there are still fairly situational spells, but a lot of underwhelming spells have been improved and the most uselessly-niche spells have been made into alternate functions for other, more generally useful spells.
